VALVE SEATS AND VALVE GUIDES BECOME DAMAGED AND WORN OVER A PERIOD OF TIME.

We can restore valve guides and seats by either fitting an insert or valve guide, taking it back to its standard size, re-cutting the valve seat to original OEM specification. This is always carried out in conjunction with valve re-facing (link to this page). This can be carried out on all engines and the majority of customers for whom we supply our valve guiding & seating services are garages, fleet operators and plant & plant hire operators.
